Standard shipping $10 (3-4days AU East Coast, 5-10days AU West Coast, NZ 10-14days)
Express shipping $15 (1-2days AU East Coast, 3-4days AU West Coast, NZ 3-4 days)

International Shipping - ASIA, Europe, UK, USA and Canada
Standard Shipping $30 (approximately 14 days)

SBB Embroidery PTY LTD is not responsible, and cannot be held liable if the postal service of the destination country fails to deliver on time or loses the item due to negligence or theft.
Tracking details will be emailed to you upon completion.
Pick-up
To save on postage and handling costs, collection can be made by appointment from Smithfield NSW 2164 only Monday-Friday 9:30am-5pm.
If you cannot collect during these hours, please select from our postage options.
When your order is ready for collection, the bookings link will be resent to you to book in a time for your collection along with the collection address.

Returns, Exchange or Faulty items
If you receive a damaged, marked or incorrect item, returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Please take the following steps:
- Please contact us email. (sbbembroidery@gmail.com)
- Include a copy of the receipt when sending the item back
- The item must be returned in the original condition
- Exchanges will incur a re-delivery fee
Please note: personalised items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded due to change of mind, or incorrect spelling (after sending your approval), so please take the time to ensure what you are ordering is right for you.
In the event SBB Embroidery PTY LTD has made an error with the spelling or the colours, the correct item will be completed and sent out.
In the event the purchasing customer has made an error or change of mind, a new item can be created at full price and will incur a re-delivery fee.
Embroidery Designs
A digital design will be sent via email for your approval. Please be sure to check your junk mail!
If you are unable to be reached via email, we will attempt to message or phone you. In the event all communication methods are unsuccessful within 7 days, the order will proceed without your approval and SBB Embroidery PTY LTD will not accept responsibility for errors made at the time of ordering by the purchaser.
Product care
Please ensure all embroidered items are washed on a cold, delicate (gentle) cycle setting. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Wash in a delicates bag where possible and flat line dry.
Some items will come with a non-removeable backing (i.e. knitted items and clothing with stretch). Please do not try to remove this backing as it is a requirement to ensure the longevity and quality of embroidery for as long as your little love will use the embroidered item and beyond. If we do not use this specific backing, the embroidery will distort and disfigure over time through use and wash.
